Who We Are

MJS Management Inc is an owner-operated construction management and development firm based in the Washington DC region. We serve property owners, developers, and institutional clients across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Our work spans three markets: residential, commercial, and government. Our approach stays the same across all three — strategic planning, disciplined execution, and owner-level accountability on every project.

We built MJS for the clients who've been burned before. The ones whose last project slipped six months past deadline. The ones who've seen budgets balloon without explanation. The ones who know that a great construction manager is the difference between a profitable project and a painful one.
